1. Booking Requests

Afriseven24 allows customers to search for accommodation and submit booking requests through the website.

Submitting a booking request does not necessarily mean that the reservation is confirmed. A booking becomes confirmed only after availability and booking details have been verified and confirmation has been provided by Afriseven24 and/or the relevant accommodation provider.

2. Accommodation Information

Afriseven24 provides information about participating hotels, resorts, lodges and guest houses. We aim to keep information such as prices, availability, facilities, photographs and descriptions accurate; however, information may change and may be subject to confirmation by the accommodation provider.

3. Prices

Prices displayed on the website may change depending on availability, dates, room type, hotel policies and other applicable conditions.

The applicable price will be confirmed before the booking is finalized.

4. Payment

At the current stage, Afriseven24 does not provide online payment through the website.

Payment arrangements will be communicated to the customer during the booking process and may be made directly with the accommodation provider or through another agreed offline method.

Afriseven24 will not be responsible for payments made directly to an accommodation provider where the payment arrangement has been agreed between the customer and the provider.

5. Cancellation and No-Show

Cancellation and no-show conditions may differ from one accommodation provider to another.

Customers will be informed of the applicable cancellation conditions when their booking is confirmed. Any applicable cancellation fees or charges will be determined according to the accommodation provider's policy.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including their name, contact details, booking dates, number of guests and other required information.

Customers are also responsible for complying with the rules and policies of the accommodation provider.

7. Accommodation Provider Responsibilities

Hotels, resorts, lodges and guest houses are responsible for providing the accommodation, facilities and services described in their confirmed booking.

Afriseven24 acts as a booking platform/intermediary and does not directly operate the accommodation facilities listed on the platform.

8. Changes to Bookings

Any request to change a booking, including dates, room type, number of guests or other details, is subject to availability and the applicable accommodation provider's policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

Afriseven24 will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information and facilitate bookings. However, Afriseven24 cannot guarantee that every accommodation, facility, service or description will always be available or remain unchanged.

Afriseven24 will not be responsible for circumstances outside its reasonable control, including changes, cancellations, service failures, delays or other issues caused by an accommodation provider or unforeseen events.

10. Website Use

Users must not use the website for fraudulent, unlawful or misleading purposes or provide false information when making a booking.

11. Changes to These Terms

Afriseven24 may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on the website.
