1Booking
Customers can submit accommodation booking requests through Afriseven24. A booking is considered confirmed only after availability has been checked and confirmation has been provided by Afriseven24 and/or the accommodation provider.
2Payment
Currently, Afriseven24 does not accept online payments through the website. Payment arrangements will be communicated during the booking process and are typically paid directly at the hotel upon check-in.
3Cancellation
Cancellation conditions depend on the accommodation provider and the specific booking. Customers should review the applicable cancellation conditions before confirming their reservation.
4No-Show
If a customer does not arrive for a confirmed reservation without prior cancellation, the accommodation provider's applicable no-show policy may apply.
5Changes
Booking changes are subject to availability and the accommodation provider's applicable policies.
6Refunds
Where a refund is applicable, the refund process will depend on the payment arrangement and the applicable accommodation provider's cancellation/refund policy.
